This young family loved the perks of living in inner SE Portland, so when the time came to leave their current home, an ADU in their backyard was a great fit. Lise Thogersen Design helped bring their dreams of a light filled, warm, and family friendly space to life. This two story 2 bed 1.5 bath ADU utilized every free square inch of space with custom built in shelving, exposed beams, and storage in the eves. Skylights and thoughtfully placed windows brought in natural light while providing privacy, and a wrap around porch offered ample opportunity to enjoy outdoor life in the PNW.
