DEAN ST. RENOVATION
Built over a century ago, this 1903 home was showing its age. We took this home down to the studs and brought it back to life with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and interior finishes all designed by Holly Frixione. Maintaining the original scale and character were of upmost importance, so we restored the siding, re-roofed, refurbished the deck, re-landscaped, and left the beautiful front-yard evergreen tree in tact . Adding a ADU to the basement, as well as a detached ADU in the rear (in progress) brought thoughtful and sustainable density to a high demand neighborhood in inner NE Portland.
