Our clients, a dynamic duo; one being a commercial Architect and the other a commercial Builder designed this beautiful ADU with a thoughtful layout. They decided to design the home of their dreams in their own backyard and move into it. They now rent out the main dwelling and have the whole back end of the lot to themselves. This project really makes great use out of a compact space, utilizing interior and exterior living areas.
