SAUVIE ISLAND RIVER HOUSE
Constructed in 1979, this Sauvie Island home lived many lives, with most of its original charm masked by the many additions, duplex conversion and exterior freight elevator. The owners and their two children were looking to make this patch work house a net zero ready dream home, on the dream property. Working with Jessica Helgerson Interior Design, we were able to execute a design that brought beauty, cohesion, and function to this house on the river.
