This Studio Petretti ADU showcases the importance of natural light, tall ceilings, and thoughtful design in tight spaces. In a mere 360sf, this ADU feels open and bright while offering separate living/sleeping quarters, ample storage, and a built-in office. The north facing windows allow for a bounty of natural light while maintaining occupant privacy and the West facing window overlooks the shared outdoor space. A simple, modern material palette proved to be the perfect finishing touch for this multigenerational household.
